The winter chill has set in but that’s not stopping our amazing team from building some of Australia’s best truck bodies, including this custom Hino Tipper completed in May! This job was requested by a returning customer who loved the work we did on a previous custom build and we’re happy to report a similar result for this premium tipper body.

CRAFTING THIS CUSTOM HINO TIPPER BODY
After chatting with our returning client we quickly learned that they wanted a very similar output to their last truck body, requiring an extra long tipper body to help the truck perform its duties each day. Our team got to work and designed a body that would do exactly that, and at 7M long it’s one of the longest tipper bodies we’ve built!

CUSTOM TIPPER FEATURES
The fun part of every build is installing the custom features our clients request, and that was definitely the case here! In the client’s previous build they needed underbody storage for a ramp into the tipper body, and requested the same for this custom Hino tipper. As you’ll see in the photos below, we installed this feature once again along with a back tailgate that can be easily opened for quick access and closure.
We also installed an electric tarp on top of the tipper body, along with Bluetooth-equipped scales for the body itself. That allows the client to connect to the scales via their smartphone and see exactly how much their tipper body is carrying at any given time. Smart manufacturing by our team that will ensure this client has a tipper truck that works for them now and well into the future!
We finished this job off with a brilliant iron grey two-pack paint job, ensuring that this truck would not just be functional but stand out whenever its on the road. A fantastic build for a fantastic client, we couldn’t be happier with the end result and we know our client will feel the same.
