Christmas is nearly here but the work isn’t over at AA Diesel. Just like Santa Claus we’re making long-range deliveries in December, including this Fuso Tipper build we completed for delivery to Queensland!
Our client knew all about the AA Diesel brand and our reputation for building high-quality truck bodies, and after discussing what our client had in mind, our engineers got to work to deliver exactly that. From ensuring that the body would be built tough with hardened wear plate steel to our thorough VASS certification process, every step of this build was carried out with precision to create a long-lasting truck body for our client.
DESIGNING THE FUSO Tipper BODY
After consulting with our client to understand the truck’s daily routine, we settled on this pristine black tipper body, completed with a front mount hoist to ensure a perfect tipping experience every time.
Tipper bodies are our most well-known product, and we always take pride in our ability to complete pristine tipper trucks that are guaranteed to last. Our expert technicians only use superior materials, like hardened wear plate steel and JOST hydraulics, and work with a meticulous attention to detail during every stage of the truck build.
As with all of our trucks, we built this custom tipper body with the client’s exact specifications and requirements in-mind to ensure that the final product continues to meet their business needs and last long into the future.
With the truck body in place it was time to apply our trademark finishing touches to help our client get full-use out of their new tipper body and make it shine as it prepares to hit the road north to Queensland.
Finishing touches
To complete this build, we added in an additional alloy oil tank for extra support out on the road and fitted it off with a ROCKINGER tow coupling.
ROCKINGER are regularly named the world’s best brand for towing products and will ensure that this Fuso Tipper will be able to haul the big loads without fail. Once again, an example of a premium brand being utilised in our truck bodies, ensuring a long-lasting product for your business.
Finally, we completed this custom truck build with a premium two-pack paint finish. At AA Diesel we can completely tailor your truck’s colour scheme to emphasize your branding and style, and for this Fuso Shogun it was decided that a black tipper bin would be best to make it stand out on the road. While we see a lot of great all-white vehicles on the road, we think this Fuso Tipper will really stand out with its shiny new black tipper body!
