Looking back on October our team had a busy month helping clients achieve their trucking needs by designing, building, and installing superior quality truck bodies.
One of these jobs was for a return customer, this time requiring a build for the purpose of holding and dumping wood chips. This build was very different to our normal tipper bodies, but we’ve built a number of chipper bin bodies before and we loved building one for this Hino!
We build to our client’s specifications and if there is a unique feature that is needed, we can work with you to make this happen.
We work closely with clients throughout the entire project, starting by learning about the truck’s daily operations. It is important that we understand the client’s vision for the build and ensure that our tipper bodies will best meet their business needs and requirements.

Our tipper bodies are built using only the highest quality Hardox Wear Plate steel and this project was no exception. Although this project was not our usual tipper body build, our engineers had no problems designing this build and we loved seeing this Hino chipper bin come together.
It was decided by our team and the customer that the tipper body specifications would be 4.5mt long with 1900mm high sides. This would provide maximum usability and durability for the Hino’s daily operations.
The small details are just as important to us as the big, that’s why we always add quality finishing touches to our projects. This build included a sign rack and toolbox to help our customer get the job done.
