What a year it has been! Throughout the 2020 –2021 financial year we delivered a significant quantity of truck bodies across the state, including a variety of tipper bodies, truck trays and custom builds. The 2020-2021 financial year saw us achieve the highest number of truck bodies and truck trailers we’ve ever produced.
Over the past year, we had the challenge of facing continuous lockdowns putting the truck bold building industry under significant pressure. Although COVID-19 affected the way we worked, we managed to push through and produce a number of high-quality truck bodies. Some customers were also able to take advantage of the government’s Instant Asset Write-Off incentive (IAWO), giving them significant tax savings for purchasing their truck body before the end of the 2020/21 financial year.
The 2020-2021 financial year saw us achieve the highest number of truck bodies and truck trailers we’ve ever built. We managed to build over 250 truck bodies during that time making it the busiest year we’ve had so far. Some of our major projects included building small and large tipper bodies as well as wheelbases, trays, custom tool boxes and 3/4 axle dog trailers.
All of our truck and trailer bodies are made from Hardox Wear Plate steel, which provides long lasting durability in the tough Australian transport conditions. Each truck body is custom built in-house using the highest quality materials and our specialised machinery.
We delivered a number of truck bodies locally and interstate to both new and regular clients. We are all looking forward to the 2021 financial year here at AA Diesel Truck Bodies and will continue to strive to be one of the leading Hardox tipper body manufacturers. We are excited to see what the future holds and we will keep providing all of our clients with the highest quality truck bodies in Melbourne.
