A cracking month in July, as the AA Diesel Truck Bodies team worked hard to deliver a number of tipper bodies, beavertail trays, and truck trailers to clients across Victoria.
All of our tipper bodies are built using Hardox Wear Plate Steel, along with the highest quality materials made in-house, right here in Doveton. Our clients also regularly select from a number of special features including custom wind out tarps, truck and trailer hydraulics, trailer coupling (Rockinger, Ringfeeder, V.Orlandi), Bartlett ball or air operated pintle, tie down rails, two way swinging tail gates, wheel base extensions, hydraulic pumps, and many others. Our beavertail trays are always built with materials made in-house by our expert technicians using specialised machinery. As standard, our truck trays include 100mm PFC coaming rails, cross bearers spaced 350mm apart (to reduce bowing), heavy duty 125mm RHS sub-frames, and are pre-cambered to avoid sagging. Like our tipper bodies, our truck trailers are built using high quality Hardox Wear Plate Steel which is highly durable and built to perform in tough Australian conditions. Each trailer is made to order using materials made in-house with our specialised machinery. On request, we build our trailers to match truck height. Some of the features we offer include suspension on air bags, drum or disc brakes, steel or polished aluminium rims, Bridgestone tyres, two way tail gates, 5.3 or 6.1 meter length, and finish in any colour of your choice.
