Custom 4-Axle Tipper Trailer Design

This starts from the foundation, with this custom 4-axle tipper trailer featuring a PBS-spec wheelbase that has been inspected and approved for full mass capacity, giving our client the assurance of compliance durability and road-ready performance. This strong foundation is key as we are sure this 8400mm-long body and 1100mm-high body will be carrying a lot of big loads in the very near future!
We also fitted the trailer with a Hidromas hoist to ensure smooth, powerful tipping for heavy loads, and equipped it with SAF drum brakes to provide consistent and dependable braking across all four axles. This build also showcases a premium wheel setup supplied by The Tyre Factory, featuring polished outer wheels and machined inner wheels.
