Hino Tipper Truck Bodies Design
A core part of every build is the thorough consultation process that occurs before any truck engineering takes place. Our experienced engineers walk the clients through what an AA Diesel truck body looks like, the options they have and what we believe will help the client get the most out of their vehicle. Prestige Hino are fully aware of this process having been a long-term client of our business, confident in our ability to achieve the vision their clients have in mind for each truck.
These Hino tipper truck bodies were constructed with a 4500mm-long body and 1100mm high walls to meet this specific client’s vision, providing a perfect balance of capacity, durability and stability. Built to handle heavy loads and frequent tipping, these tippers are designed to perform in demanding work environments, from construction sites to bulk transport operations.
Each body has been reinforced with hardened wear plate steel, ensuring exceptional strength and resistance to wear over time. Whether carrying gravel, sand, or construction materials, these tippers are built to withstand heavy use while maintaining the structural integrity that AA Diesel builds are known for.
For smooth and controlled tipping operations, an engine PTO system with a piston pump and bypass valve was integrated into both builds as well, providing consistent hydraulic performance. This setup ensures efficient load handling while reducing strain on the vehicle, making every tipping cycle fast, reliable, and hassle-free.
Finishing Touches

In these builds, we designed custom toolboxes that sit behind the truck’s cab, giving their drivers access to whatever they need, quickly. While these toolboxes sit behind the cab, our team can design unique toolboxes that also sit under the truck body, with the capacity needed to carry whatever tools needed on-site.
You’ll also spot two pristine paint jobs on these custom Hino tipper truck bodies, colour-matched to the exact Isuzu white that these trucks came with. Each features a two-pack gloss paint finish, complete with AA Diesel decals that showcase our ability to create truck bodies of the most-premium quality.
