Custom Hino 700 Tipper Truck Body Design
For this build, we constructed a 6500mm-long tipper body with 1150mm wall height, offering ample capacity to meet the demands of the operator. As always, we prioritised strength and longevity, using high-quality materials like hardened wear plate steel to ensure exceptional durability in tough working conditions.
To enhance operational efficiency, we integrated a Hidromas hoist, delivering smooth and controlled tipping performance. This is complemented by an Interpump PTO, providing reliable power transfer to ensure optimal hydraulic operation. With such a big tipper body we want to ensure it can operate with smoothly to avoid interruptions on-site, which is exactly what this client received with this custom Hino tipper!
To further improve usability, this build also includes a Razor electric tarp, making load coverage quick and effortless while enhancing safety and compliance. Operators can easily secure loads with the push of a button, streamlining workflow on-site. As always, our team installs premium parts and accessories like this tarp with precision and care, ensuring that they are functioning exactly how the owner would expect with finishing that compliments our work across the tipper body.
Premium Finishing Touches

In this build, we installed an in-cab handheld tipper control unit for seamless control, allowing the operator to manage tipping functions with precision. This user-friendly control system ensures smooth operation while minimising downtime, helping the truck’s owner to get more done, faster.
To finish this build off, we finished it with striking black paintwork, all done in-house by our team and colour matched to our client’s specific request. This two-pack paintwork not only looks great but helps to prevent wear and tear on the tipper body, all completed with outstanding finishing work by our AA Diesel factory team.
