We’ve built a ton of tipper bodies over the years, but this custom Fuso Fighter tipper is one of the most unique! Our team have the tools and ability to make most truck owner’s visions come to life and this was exactly the case for this build, with our team working to fully realise what this specific client had in mind.
During the consultation phase our client detailed that they would like the ability to transport two different types of material at once, without cross contamination between each section. While this was a bit trickier than a standard tipper build our team were more than happy to fulfill this desire, creating a unique tipper body that would allow them to transport exactly what they needed and deliver these materials with their tipper.
Custom Fuso Fighter Tipper Body Design
One of the first things you’ll notice about this Fuso Fighter tipper is its striking, slimline 4800mm long by 800mm body. When designing a tipper body, truck trailer or tray, we always consider the client’s needs out on the road and design a body to match. This unique body has both the capacity and length that this particularly client needed, helping them transport whatever tools, equipment or materials they need from site-to-site with premium parts to help them get the job done.
As stated above, the client for this build wanted the ability to transport multiple items at once with their tipper, without the potential for cross contamination between sections. That’s why for this custom Fuso Fighter tipper, we designed a unique mid-bin divider door, allowing for two individual compartments inside the tipper body itself. This will allow the truck’s owner to carry different types of equipment, materials and machinery at the same time, without worrying about material spilling over into equipment or cross-contamination between individual products as the truck travels to and from each job.

Special Features
For this Fuso Fighter our client wanted a custom toolbox installed on the rear cab of the truck, allowing them to carry equipment independent of the tipper body. To meet this need we designed an 800mm x 500mm x 2200mm stainless steel toolbox, built with the same durability as our truck bodies. Our team designs toolboxes like this one completely in-house, fabricating and installing items like these to match our client’s exact specifications.
As with all of our builds, we used premium parts to support this AA Diesel tipper body, utilising brands that are unmatched for quality and functionality. This tipper features hydraulic components from both JOST and Transport Hydraulic Solutions, as well as a hydraulic valve from Mega Pacific. These brands renowned for their durability, giving our client piece of mind knowing that they’ll have a tipper that is built tough to withstand Australian conditions and the work they’ll be doing each day with this Fuso Fighter.
Finally, you’ll notice that this tipper body features a pristine two-pack paint job and the famous AA Diesel branding that you so often see out on Melbourne roads.
