This Kenworth T410SAR truck came direct from the PACCAR production factory with very specific instructions, all of which our team delivered on, from the custom paintwork through to the special features that will help the truck’s owner thrive out on the road. Once we took delivery of this Kenworth truck our team got straight to work, planning out a custom tipper body build that would ultimately be one of the most impressive tippers to ever roll out of the AA Diesel factory.
Custom Kenworth T410SAR Tipper Body Design
There is one thing for certain with this build: you will not miss it if you see it driving out on the open highway! Kenworth T410SAR trucks are impressive units coming off the factory floor, but when paired with the custom truck body we designed this vehicle certainly is striking. Built tough with hardened wear plate steel and custom JOST hydraulics, the client for this build can be reassured that their 4500mm long x 1100mm high tipper body has been built to last.
But this custom Kenworth T410SAR tipper body isn’t just built tough; its striking colour palette certainly catches the eye as well! Coming to us with a beautiful silver finish on the truck cab, we complimented this, as per the client’s request, with a custom black two-pack paint finish. We complete all of our custom visual touches in-house, from mudguards to custom decals, and this Kenworth T410SAR tipper certainly stands out after the work from our team.

After following all manufacturer instructions in the installation of this tipper build, we followed up with the custom features requested by PACCAR Australia for this truck. Special Features
There are a ton of special features that our team can install on custom tipper bodies, each of which can assist drivers and workers out on the road. From custom hydraulics to towing assemblies, our team can design what business need to get from site-to-site with greater efficiency.
For this custom Kenworth tipper, we installed a black PVC Razor electric tarp that would allow for more secure loads when travelling between jobs. Razor are known for making some of the best tarps on the market, with this electric tarp making it easy to quickly secure and unsecure the truck body without the need for manual input.
Another custom option that will help to secure materials and equipment in the truck body is the heavy duty tailgate we installed, with a two-way swinging option for easier deliveries on site. This tailgate is designed to withstand hard impacts just like the rest of the tipper body, ensuring that there are no interruptions to the truck’s deliveries and a long-lasting result for the client. To finish this custom body off we also installed a SAF-HOLLAND PH300 tow coupling, yet another custom option that will help this truck’s owner achieve their goals each and every day.
