Spring has been incredibly busy so far, with our team completing a number of impressive builds including this custom Fuso Shogun tipper. Featuring a sizeable 4500mm long x 1000mm high tipper body, this Fuso truck was complete with custom truck body accessories designed for durability, convenience, and with ease of use in mind.
We started this build, as we always do, with extensive discussions on the client’s needs and developing an understanding of what this Fuso Shogun was going to be put through.
This always includes learning about the load requirements, project needs, and really what the truck body needs to be able to withstand. This process is the foundation of any tipper body build – being essential to getting the right end result for our clients.
Custom Fuso Shogun Tipper Body Design
This was another big job that our AA Diesel team were all too equipped to take on. The required design needed to feature a 10m3 tipper body, so we got to work on designing the perfect solution to meet our client’s needs.
We built an impressive 4500mm long x 1000mm high tipper body for this Fuso Shogun, built tough with hardened wear plate steel and custom JOST hydraulics. Building each body with premium parts and materials helps to ensure long-lasting results for our clients, with the functionality they need to get the job done each day!
To complete the tipper body build we colour-matched a white paint finish to fit to the Fuso Shogun’s cab colour. Our talented team are able to apply whatever finishes you need to your tipper body, matching colours like we did with this Fuso Shogun or applying custom paintwork and decals to promote your business and company brand.
ADDITIONAL TIPPER BODY FEATURES
Designing truck bodies with custom touches and special features is why we love what we do; getting the chance to design the perfect truck that matches the exact vision our clients have in mind. For this custom Fuso Shogun tipper, we installed several features to help them get their work done faster, including a handheld tipper control. This feature will allow their drivers to easily control the tipper body and perform controlled pours where needed, and get back out on the road faster.
Complimenting this feature was the Razor electric tarp on the tipper body itself, helping to further secure their materials when driving and quickly unload upon arrival. We also installed a custom towing assembly on this vehicle, featuring a pintlehook towbar that would allow them to securely transport large trailers behind the truck. Features like these make it so much easier to get from site-to-site, knowing that you can quickly and securely get to each job with efficiency.
