Busy Month of Custom Jobs
The team have been busy over the last couple of months with a number of new and exciting projects. We had a high volume of custom job requests from our clients including this Fuso beavertail trailer. We enjoyed working on this project and the custom specifications made it a fun build for the whole team.
Client Consultation
Before building the beavertail trailer, we took the time to consult with our client, ensuring that this project was built to suit their individual and specific needs. We made sure that the trailer was specialised for the types of work they do on a daily basis. We complete all of our work in-house with premium materials ensuring that our clients always receive the highest quality truck bodies.
Beavertail Tray Build
This was a purpose-built beavertail tray with multiple tasks for us to complete. After consulting extensively with our client, we determined that they required as much length of deck as possible, so working within Australian design rules, we were able to achieve 8.7mt length overall. We also settled on fitting the truck with a multipurpose towbar allowing the for the use of not one but three tow couplings! This included a pintle hook, 50mm ball and 70mm ball.
To finish off this project, our client specifically requested a bright green paint colour to match their own signature branding as well as the addition of a lockable tool box, hand wash station, 8 tie down points and heavy duty drop legs at the rear. We also went in and added our AAD chrome side markers.
