Instant Asset Write Off Increased
With the government increasing the Instant Asset Write Off to $150,000 per asset until end of financial year, April, May, and now June have been the busiest months we have ever had at AA Diesel Truck Bodies. The team is working around the clock to get everything completed on time and with the highest quality and craftsmanship possible.
In May, we delivered a number of truck tray bodies to clients across Victoria and interstate. Amongst the truck trays we delivered, one of the standouts was a custom beavertail tray for a HINO.
Client Consultations
Before building each truck body, we always take time to consult with our clients, making sure that each truck tray is built to their individual and specific needs, and specialised for the types of work they do on a daily basis.
Custom Beavertail Tray
We then installed a custom built beavertail tray, with a heavy duty chequer plate floor, two hydraulic pumps, and tie down rails. This beavertail included a raised deck to allow for pipe storage between the chassis rails with access from the rear and through doors built into the tray. A well in the centre of the beavertail also provided additional storage room.
Each and every truck tray we make, including this beavertail tray, feature a heavy duty 125mm RHS sub-frame, cross bearers spaced 350mm apart to avoid bowing and 100mm PFC coaming rail. All of our truck trays are pre-cambered to avoid any potential sagging in future and are built using high quality materials made in-house using our specialised machinery.
