Amongst all of the tippers we delivered in March, one of our favourite jobs was a highly customised drop side tipper for a Hino.
This particular job included fitting two dropdowns on either side of the tipper body, as well as a two-way tailgate, giving the client the ability to access the product from all sides. Following that, a large toolbox was fitted behind the cabin with doors on each side. The toolbox featured three inner shelves and a lockable mesh cage underneath for added security.
At the back, a rear cross member was fitted featuring a 95mm Bartlett Ball setup and a 50mm Pintle hook combination. To finish things off, we installed a pull-out tarp. The tipper itself was built from Hardox Wear Plate steel for durability and toughness in Australian working conditions, and materials made in-house using our specialised machinery.
